When I first started drinking the Desert Bloom Nopal Extract I noticed that it gives you more energy and that you feel more alert and I noticed also that I was more regular in my bowel movements.
With the Desert Bloom Nopal Extract, you notice improved circulation, feel a lot better and also you feel very alert. Before starting to take the Nopal, my left hand would get numb a night. It does not get numb anymore.
