After taking Nopal Extract for over two years, I have noticed a number of things. First I get a good sound night sleep. I used to be a light sleeper. Second, hair growth; my hair has grown thicker. Third, it has eliminated my craving for sugar. I do not crave candy and soda pops anymore. Fourth, I now have no intestinal problems whatsoever. Periodically I used to have a belly ache and cramps. Also, I am 86 but I have no problems with prostate and I am sure the Nopal has a lot to do with that. One thing I really did not expect was the energy I now feel. I get up in the morning ready to roll - - not go back to sleep.

I had heard that Nopal Extract might help my hair grow back. After about six months of taking Nopal Extract, my hair did begin to grow back.

I started taking Nopal Extract in June of 2009, 8 months ago. I was lacking energy and my bad cholesterol (LDL) was over 340. My doctor had me on Lipitor and (as a side effect) I was aching all over. Three weeks after starting to take the Nopal, I stopped taking the Lipitor. My cholesterol is now down to 120 to 125.
Besides that, the Nopal gives me energy. I also feel my skin is smoother and my hair is growing also. My skin has this glow that I did not see before.
I recommend Nopal Extract to all my friends.

I began taking the Nopal Extract about two months ago. Before, my blood sugar got as high as 500. After taking the Nopal, my blood sugar started coming down; 500, 300, and today, 106. I am on insulin (Type I Diabetes) and was at 40 units. This has decreased to 36, 35, 34 and now I am down to 30 units.
I also have problems with my back. I was walking bent over and I had very bad pain. Now I walk straight and I feel very good.

Also, my hair is beautiful and my skin is soft. I am happy. I wanted my hair longer but it would not grow out like now and it is thicker.

I started taking Nopal Extract in October, a little over 3 months ago. Before, I was taking 5 pills a day for blood sugar (Type II diabetes). My blood sugar was around 400. My blood sugar began reducing and I began reducing the medicine. It dropped to 200 and now to 140. Now I am taking only 1 and one half pills a day. When I first started drinking the Nopal Extract I noticed that it gives you more energy and that you feel more alert and I noticed also that I was more regular in my bowel movements.
With Nopal Extract, you notice improved circulation, feel a lot better and also you feel very alert. Before starting to take the Nopal, my left hand would get numb a night. It does not get numb anymore.
My wife was looking at our wedding pictures from last year and she says that I seem to have more hair now.
My wife is taking the Nopal also and it helps her with her sugar. She is pregnant and has gestational diabetes. Her blood sugar got as high as 150 and more. She takes a small amount of insulin but she noticed a difference when she started taking the Nopal. The Nopal has helped quite a bit. The Nopal keeps her stabilized. Her doctor wants her blood/sugar to be between 120 and 108. With the Nopal she is able to do this.
In the past, we have tried many supplements, some costing as much as $180 for a small bottle. I would not recommend those products but the Nopal Extract product I would recommend to anyone without worrying about the results.

After using nopal extract juice for 4 months, this is what I have noticed. My hair starts to grow back; it started from the side and gradually moving towards the top middle. I drive from Los Angeles to San Francisco every week because of business, but others and I noticed that I never appeared tired. I have more energy than I can consume. I do not gain weight as easily as before. Before, if I over eat a little bit, I am sure to gain a few pound, but I am now very happy with my weight and waist line. By the fourth month, I also noticed that I have become bigger and last longer at night, and yes my wife notices the differences, too.
