Return Policy:
If you drink at least 1 oz of Desert Bloom Nopal Extract Juice DAILY for 6 months and it doesn't show a significant health improvement on your before and after physical exams, simply send the empty bottles back along with your before and after test results, we will gladly refund your full purchase price during those 6 month purchase less shipping and handling. If you have some health conditions and you are not on any medication yet, please drink 2 bottles for the first month and 1 bottle a month for the next 2 months. If you are on medication already, under the supervision of your doctor (Please don't tell your doctor you are taking a herb juice, nopal cactus is a vegetable, simply tell your doctor that you are trying to take a vegetable juice.), please finish 2 bottles per month for the first 3 months and 1 bottle a month for the next 3 months. We do not accept opened-bottle returns unless you have the before and after test results. For unopened bottle returns, bottles must come back in perfect, non-damaged condition, for a refund less than our cost of shipping to the customer.
In case of damage or lost:
All packages are insured against damages and lost. If you do provide an email in the ordering process, you should receive a tracking number within 2 business days. Normal arrival time should be 3~7 business days after receiving your tracking number. Time of arrival will depend on your distance from our California or Arizona warehouses. If item arrived damaged or lost, contact us via email AND phone immediately, we will send you a replacement immediately. Many times our shipment can be fulfilled by Amazon warehouses, in this case of damaged, please contact Amazon at: www.amazon.com/contact-us They will handle the replacement at no cost to you.
Backorder Policy:
For first time order, you should receive the product within 7 business days. For monthly auto ship and future repeat orders, please allow up to 5 business days for arrival. It is very rare what we will be out of stock since we have plenty of supply at all time.
